About

Photography by Jeff Chase

I have been taking photos since my first Brownie Camera which I got for my sixth birthday. At age 14, I set up my first darkroom and proceeded to make black and white prints of San Francisco to sell to tourists. Over the last 35 years I have taken photos primarily for my for my own enjoyment. Almost by accident, I have had success selling some of the photos to collectors and for interior decor for offices, restaurants and hotels. My “fine art” photos can be viewed on my artist web site: jeffchasestudio.com

Real Estate Photography

Since 2004, I have been working as a real estate broker in Wilmington, NC. Because of my love of photography, I taught myself how to take photos for real estate. Preferably, I like to take photos using mostly natural light, but that is not always possible, so I also use interior lighting and even flash depending on the environment. I use top quality camera equipment and spend too much time in Lightroom and Photoshop making the images stand out.
